Alain Goldschläger is professor of French Literature at Western University (London, Ontario, Canada), Director of the Holocaust Literature Research Institute that he founded in 1996, and President of the League for Human Rights of B’nai Brith, Ontario, Canada. Since 2009 he is the Chair of The National Task Force on Holocaust Education, Remembrance and Research, the Canadian Delegate to the International Task Force on Holocaust Education, Remembrance and Research (Oslo) and the Canadian Delegate to the Holocaust Era Assets Conference (Prague). He is a member of the Scientific Board of the ICSIM. His numerous publications include studies of Judaism and Holocaust literature.
